The staff are super friendly and the food is always perfect. The nice thing is that they always bake the rolls fresh. Of course, there is also coffee and cake and plenty of seating to meet, relax or just when you are hungry.

Nice place. Good coffee. There is decent bread. You can have breakfast like at home. There is one thing ... The building is not ready for hot weather. The second floor is very cozy during the cold season, but in the summer there is nothing to breathe there.

Nice bakery with cafe at the pond ditch. It is worth going to the first floor. Coffee and hot chocolate were very good. The toilets were very clean and free for customers. The service at the counter was fast and friendly. Everything OK.

Very friendly staff. Good cakes and the coffee tastes delicious. Downstairs it is a bit noisy due to customer traffic, but on the first floor you can sit in peace and quiet.

Our contact point, when we stay in Jena, for breakfast. Excellent price / performance ratio, especially breakfast for 2 or the other variants. Have always been served very friendly. However I find the rude handling with students or customers, which I read in the evaluations, which incidentally work / learn etc. not appropriate, there should urgently be worked on the communication and attitude. We, too, as business travelers talk through our appointments, take notes or go through other processes during breakfast or over coffee. If this is not the case, visiting the café makes no sense and is not attractive.

You have very clear ideas about which customers you would like to have and which ones are undesirable. We only had a block and a textbook on the table and would be asked to take our learning materials off the table - this is undesirable. Although we had also bought pastries and drinks in the house, we were made clear that we did not like to see. In addition, the place was completely empty - so we did not take anyone a place. A pity, here is no longer bought.

We came for breakfast, and looked for a place upstairs. It was very cozy and tasted it too. The price was okay, and the food was fresh. We ordered a latte, which was not a problem.

We bought drinks and food for expensive money and then settled into the upper empty floor and learned together for the university. After half an hour we were rudely made aware that in Jena there are enough places to sit down together and we should leave the café. When we showed that we had bought something, it just said that it was not a school and that we would take the places away from the other guests (who did not exist). That was a rather disappointing experience!

Not bad for breakfast on the spot. Then self-service, but cheaper than other cafes. The food tastes good and the coffee, the staff are mostly friendly.

It's a nice and quite coffee shop. You would often feel it like home. Free wifi is availbe and they offer fresh bakery foods and stuffs are really friendly. Only bad thing is their ground floor is little bit small and often crowded. Their price is reasonable compared with the other coffee shop near it. Overall it's a recommended place for the coffee lovers

Good quality baked goods. The coffee was a little weak in taste, I was used to it differently in Vienna from Julius Cafés. The staff was very friendly. It was a bit confusing to be served alternately by two sales assistants. The facility is on the ground floor as you would expect from a standard café. A beautifully furnished part of the café and the sanitary facilities await you on the upper floor. Free WiFi is available.
